Green Day se ha alejado mucho del buen camino. El presente de la banda los encuentra queriendo ser los próximos The Who, componiendo óperas rock que tienen temas muy buenos, pero que caen por el propio peso de su pretensión.

De todos modos, esto no siempre fue así. Green Day era una de las bandas de pop-punk más geniales del mundo. Las canciones eran directas, poderosas, recordaban a los Ramones en algún punto (escuchen el TREMENDO cover que hicieron de "Outsider"). Cualquiera que haya escuchado los clásicos Insomniac y Dookie sabe de lo que hablo.

Estos dos temas son los mejores del disco mencionado en primer lugar. Dos bombas punk, una lenta y la otra ultrarápida, ambas describiendo sentimientos totalmente irreales y enfermizos, casi como estar drogado con algún estimulante fuerte, o tener el insomnio más rebelde del mundo. Aún no sabemos qué analogía va más con la canción.
